U.S. Independence Day Holiday: U.S. stocks will be closed all day Friday, and derivatives futures markets will end trading early

This Saturday happens to be U.S. Independence Day (July 4). According to the exchange holiday schedule, U.S. stocks will be closed all day on Friday, July 3.

Specifically, the NYSE and Nasdaq have both arranged to suspend trading for one day this Friday, while other derivatives markets will also close early that day.

Among them, trading in precious metals, energy, foreign exchange, U.S. Treasuries, and equity index futures contracts under the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) will end early at 1:00 AM Beijing time on July 4;

At the same time, Brent crude oil futures contracts under the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) will close early at 1:30 AM Beijing time on July 4.

In summary, investors should make financial arrangements and risk management in advance, and arrange trading strategies reasonably to cope with market volatility that may be caused by reduced liquidity before and after the holiday.
