Goodbye to Single-Step Tool Calls: Browser Use CLI 3.0 Lets AI Control the Browser Directly via Local Python Scripts
CoinWorld reports that Browser Use has released CLI 3.0, transforming the AI browser from single-step calls to a script direct-execution mode based on Browser Harness. The AI assistant can run complete Python scripts locally in the terminal; the scripts connect directly to the browser via CDP, supporting loops and self-healing and significantly reducing token usage and latency. The new tool provides three connection modes: taking over a local Chrome browser, a headless cloud browser, or connecting to any CDP port.
