Recently, if I had to pick a Web3 social project that "maximizes execution," ClawChat would be an unavoidable choice.

@clawchatglobal This week, it rolled out another round of high-frequency updates, with a very tight cadence. These weren't just simple patches, but continuous progress toward a complete product form. In particular, the paid group entry feature already feels like a relatively imaginative step in current Web3 social platforms.
ClawChat is currently in the Beta testing phase, incubated by the OP_CAT Layer @op_catlayer project. Joining the beta now allows you to earn EXP points without any loss, and these points are not just "air incentives" but a clearly useful participation credential within the system. Combined with the team signaling that the public beta is coming soon, this phase has already entered a critical observation window.
From a social product perspective, the difference between ClawChat and many Web3 social projects is that it doesn't focus on "conceptual packaging of on-chain social layers." Instead, it directly anchors Bitcoin consensus, using wallet login as the identity entry point, without relying on KYC or traditional Web2 account systems. This design leans more toward native Web3 social logic.
A more core point is that the community economic model has truly started to run.
Any user can create a paid community with a minimum threshold of just 100 sats, with the price entirely customizable by the group owner. The value of this mechanism isn't just "charging fees," but allowing content filtering, user filtering, and value consensus to be directly completed by the market. Those willing to pay naturally settle in, making it easier to stratify community quality.
Combined with sats tipping and the potential for future on-chain red packet mechanisms, the entire capital flow within the ecosystem runs in a closed loop around Bitcoin, with very low friction. For content creators and KOLs, this already provides a relatively clear path to monetization.
After about a month of Beta experience, the overall changes are also noticeable: bugs are being continuously fixed, feature iterations are intense, the daily task system is more complete, and there are more ways to earn EXP. Overall, the user experience has stabilized significantly compared to the early "beta product" phase, gradually approaching the form of a mature social application.
Another interesting point is the Agent-ready design approach. AI Agents can enter the social system as native participants and interact through sats-based pricing. If placed in the context of AGI development, this is essentially laying down a more fundamental social infrastructure in advance.
Overall, this project is still very early, but the pace has clearly accelerated. The public beta is also progressing, and there is still plenty of room for subsequent changes.
If you're interested in Bitcoin social or Web3 social directions, keep an eye on @OPCATLayerCN and ClawChat's further developments. The recent update density is truly worth continuous tracking.
