Abstract generation in progress
Golden Finance reported that on July 3, the stablecoin payment platform Bridge announced that it had obtained a MiCA license and an EMI (Electronic Money Institution) license in Luxembourg. Bridge can now legally conduct business in all 27 EU member states. The new licenses will enable Bridge to provide clients with virtual IBANs and euro accounts, supporting cross-border fund transfers across the EU; help companies issue their own euro-denominated stablecoins for top-ups, rewards, loyalty programs, or in-app currencies; support enterprises in transferring funds between subsidiaries using their own stablecoins; and assist banks and financial institutions in achieving faster and lower-cost inter-institutional settlements through stablecoin channels.
