Recently, the entire screen is filled with posts about unlocking and selling pressure, which makes me want to step back even more.

I stayed on the sidelines throughout the whole Meme coin frenzy. It's not that I wasn't tempted, but I knew that once I jumped in, I definitely wouldn't be able to set my stop-loss lines properly—when emotions run high, no price level matters.
If I could keep only one habit, I would choose "write three lines before the market opens": how much I can lose today, why I'm opening this position, and how to exit if I'm wrong.
It feels pretty silly when writing them, but it's really useful; at least during that period of unlocking anxiety, I didn't make any rash moves.
That's it for now. Anyway, the market never lacks the next wave of excitement. I'll stay alive first.
