A very clear trend has emerged: since the beginning of this year, almost all exchanges have been attempting to transform from single cryptocurrency exchanges into "everything" exchanges.

Indeed, transformation is unavoidable. The cryptocurrency market has been quite bleak this year, while traditional assets such as U.S. stocks, gold, silver, crude oil, and prediction markets have been exceptionally hot. Actually, this is not a bad thing. For the exchanges themselves, in an increasingly competitive market, only by continuously following market trends and expanding product lines can they maintain or even enhance their competitiveness. For ordinary users like us, the transformation of exchanges allows us to access more assets that were previously difficult to reach, giving us more trading options and realizing the concept of "one U to trade everything."
I noticed that Gate @Godot_gate recently underwent a brand upgrade, changing its name from to Gate, expanding its business from cryptocurrencies to traditional assets like gold, stocks, etc. Actually, Gate has done a really good job in transformation and upgrading this year. The listing of new assets such as gold, silver, crude oil, U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, and Korean stocks has been very fast, and trading volume is also quite good. Recently, I came across an interview between a reporter from Bloomberg Businessweek/Chinese Edition and Gate's founder and CEO @Han_Gate, and found that Gate is now entering the U.S. market. Gate has already obtained money transmission licenses in 35 U.S. states, extending its compliant operational business scope to 46 U.S. jurisdictions.
As we all know, the U.S. capital market is the most active capital market in the world. The U.S. stock market accounts for more than 50% of the global traditional stock market capitalization, with an extremely large scale. It is not an exaggeration to say that whoever wins the U.S. market wins the world. No wonder Gate has spent huge amounts of capital over the years to develop the U.S. market. Recently, prediction markets have become extremely hot, especially with the World Cup. Gate also started laying out its prediction market very early on and is the first exchange platform to access Polymarket. The market changes rapidly; the only constant is change itself. Gate continues to transform and upgrade, and its competitiveness has been significantly enhanced.
