Users should visit their accounts and retrieve necessary information before the closure; all artworks and funds currently held in Exchange Art's sales and escrow contracts will be released to their respective owners before the platform shuts down. Exchange Art stated that all artworks have been minted on the Solana blockchain and can be imported into other markets, and artists and collectors do not need to take any additional steps to ensure the safe retention of their works.
