Contracts are different from spot trading. With contracts, you must learn position management. I have been trading contracts for ten years, and leverage must be used wisely. Over the past ten-year cycle, every time a contract had a personal drawdown of over 50%, it would ultimately reverse and achieve over 1000% returns. These market movements clear out many whales and a lot of leverage—essentially a leverage washout. For those following my trades here, you must stay steady and resolute, so as not to miss out on a 1000% return opportunity.

Because during drawdowns, I will continuously lower the cost basis, pressing it down to the lowest point and waiting for a rebound.

Ten years of contract veteran experience is indeed valuable, but those who follow trades need to think clearly: can you withstand the psychological pressure of a 50% drawdown? Not everyone is suited for this style of trading; position management is the core.
