I advise everyone to keep their personal life clean.

I was born after 2000, and I'm in my twenties now.

Because my personal life was messy, I lacked self-control, didn't take proper precautions, and got exposed to Codex in the first half of last year.

At first, I just thought I'd try it out, planning to use it occasionally.

But before long, I was diagnosed with:

mild insomnia, severe restlessness – seeing a requirement makes me want to automate it, seeing repetitive tasks makes me want to write a script, and seeing others work overtime makes me want to let AI handle it.

Recently, my condition has worsened even more.

My computer runs 16 hours a day,

and everything I say is about Agent, MCP, Workflow.

I've even started to think:

some tasks aren't meant for humans – they should be done by Codex.

The doctor says there is currently no cure for this condition.

The only solution is:

stay away from the computer, stop tinkering,

stop researching new tools.
