Just saw the group arguing about privacy coins again—shouting “freedom” on one hand while being afraid of crossing the line on the other. They argued until the end, with no conclusion… Oh well. Anyway, I’m not the kind of person who would go heavy on privacy coins.

Back to MEV: I used to think that getting pushed to the front on-chain was something only scientists dealt with—nothing to do with a small retail trader like me. Then one time my slippage got taken out of me in a big bite, and only then did I realize—turns out I was the one getting front-run. Now when I browse block explorers, I automatically click in to check whether they’re sandwiching me. A bit of paranoia.

Fair ordering sounds pretty good, but honestly, once it goes live, I doubt I can run faster than those professional nodes. Anyway, I’m just playing with a small position. If I get sandwiched, I’ll treat it as tuition fees—my mindset stays a little steadier.
