Companies set to list on the Nasdaq in the U.S. in July include: Bending Spoons (BSP), Itg Inc (ITG), Neutron Holdings (Lime), and MetaOptics (MOT).

Bending Spoons (BSP): A well-known technology company based in Italy.

Neutron Holdings, Inc. (LIME): A U.S. micro-mobility transportation company. It operates shared electric scooter and electric bicycle rental services under the Lime brand (formerly LimeBike).

Itg Inc (ITG): A U.S. digital and communications infrastructure services provider. It primarily offers end-to-end services such as network construction, operation, and maintenance for broadband, wireless networks (e.g., 5G), data centers, and utility clients.

MetaOptics (MOT): A U.S. optical instruments and technology company, mainly engaged in the design and manufacturing of optical lenses, modules, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

Since these four prospective companies are relatively niche, there is no Pre-IPO (private placement stage buying).
