Some people say that what I post is "meritocracy." Meritocracy means that personal achievements, wealth, and social status should be primarily determined by one's ability, effort, and contribution. But they don't truly understand what I'm trying to say. I have never believed that the world is fair, nor that effort always leads to success. On the contrary, I've always emphasized that background, era, environment, luck, and institutions are all important variables that influence one's life. My point is not that "as long as you work hard, you will succeed," but rather that you should not preemptively negate your own future because of current conditions. I acknowledge that the world has structures and limitations, but I refuse to treat these limitations as reasons to give up taking action. What truly determines a person's destiny is not what conditions they have today, but whether they are willing to continuously adjust their position and reconstruct their conditions in the face of uncertainty and unfair reality. This is not meritocracy; it is: acknowledge reality, understand the structure, and then actively seek and create your own place.
