Backpack Withdrawal to Taiwan LINE Bank Tutorial

Backpack Exchange supports converting USDC to USD at 1:1 and withdrawing via SWIFT wire transfer to your Taiwan LINE Bank USD foreign currency account. The platform fee depends on your VIP level; some accounts have free withdrawal limits, and the total cost is usually very low.

1. Registration and Preparation

Before withdrawing, complete the following preparations:
Complete Backpack KYC verification
Open a LINE Bank USD foreign currency account
Transfer USDT or USDC to Backpack and convert it to USDC
Ensure the name on your Backpack KYC exactly matches the English name on your LINE Bank account
LINE Bank must open a USD account, otherwise it cannot receive USD wire transfers.

2. Adding LINE Bank Receiving Account
Log in to the Withdraw page, select Cash USD.
For the first withdrawal, you need to add a bank account. Click Select Recipient, then choose Add Bank Account.
It is recommended to fill in the recipient information as follows:
Recipient Country: Taiwan
Bank Identifier Type: SWIFT/BIC
SWIFT/BIC Code: LITNTWTP or LITNTWTPXXX
Account Number: Your LINE Bank USD account number
Type: Individual
Name: Your English name, must exactly match your KYC

Postcode: Your zip code

After confirming the information is correct, click Add Bank Account to save.

3. Withdrawal Steps
Go back to the Backpack withdrawal page, select Cash USD.
Choose the LINE Bank account you just added.
Enter the withdrawal amount, the minimum is usually 100 USD.
Confirm the fee, receiving bank, and recipient information.
Click Continue, complete 2FA verification, then submit.
After successful submission, the system will generate a Withdrawal ID. It is recommended to save it for future inquiries.

4. Fees and Arrival Time
Backpack platform fees depend on your VIP level; some accounts have free withdrawal limits.
LINE Bank receiving side usually charges about NT$50.
Total actual cost is often around NT$50.
Actual arrival time tested is usually 2 to 6 hours. If there are bank reviews, holidays, or cross-border wire delays, it may take 1 to 2 business days.

5. Important Notes
The name on your Backpack KYC must exactly match the English name on your LINE Bank account, otherwise it may be delayed or returned.
You must use the LINE Bank USD account, do not fill in a TWD account.
It is recommended to first test with a small amount, such as 100 to 500 USD, and after confirming successful receipt, proceed with larger amounts.
