#GateStocksTransferLive Gate has launched a new service that simplifies the transfer of stock positions between platforms for users. Now, incoming and outgoing transfers for stocks traded on US and Hong Kong exchanges can be done without any transfer fees.

This service operates through the Transfer Without Payment method. US stock transactions are processed through the Depository Trust Company system, while Hong Kong stock transactions are processed through the Central Clearing and Settlement System. This process typically takes between three to fifteen business days, with the exact time varying depending on the transaction speed and market settlement procedures of both brokerage firms.

Using this service is quite simple. In the Gate app, go to the "More" section, then "General Features", and select the "Deposit Stocks" or "Withdraw Stocks" option. After selecting the US or Hong Kong market, create a request by entering the required brokerage information, stock symbol, and amount. Those who wish to transfer stocks to Gate must first contact their existing brokerage firm to initiate the withdrawal process. Those who wish to withdraw from Gate must fully enter the receiving brokerage firm's information. There is also a transfer history section where users can track request status in real-time, showing whether the request is pending, completed, or canceled. This feature is currently being rolled out gradually.

To make this transition more attractive, Gate has also launched a limited Equity Deposit Rewards campaign running from July 1 to July 7. Users who register during this period, successfully create a transfer request worth at least 3,000 USDT, and provide a valid transfer fee receipt from their previous brokerage firm can apply for a refund. Participants also receive an instant VIP level upgrade. Refunds can be up to 15,000 USDT for US stocks and 6,000 USDT for Hong Kong stocks, with VIP upgrades up to VIP level 9. The refund amount is determined based on actual transfer fees and relevant tier criteria.

This step is an important milestone in Gate's global equity infrastructure expansion. The platform previously offered access to over ten thousand US stocks and exchange-traded funds via USDT, including the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, and other major liquidity networks. In addition, more than one thousand five hundred Hong Kong stocks and about one thousand Korean stocks are supported, providing access to a total of over twelve thousand five hundred global stocks and funds.

Gate Equities also offers 24/7 trading for US, Hong Kong, and Korean markets, covering not only regular, pre-market, and after-hours sessions, but also overnight and weekend trading. Fractional share trading is also available, with a minimum investment of just 0.01 shares, making global equity investments more accessible.

Thanks to Gate's unified account system, the platform combines digital assets and traditional stocks into a single investment account, allowing users to manage crypto and traditional financial assets without having to switch between different platforms. Gate Equities is also fully integrated with the VIP program; users with stock positions worth at least $2,000 are eligible for VIP status, which provides benefits such as transaction fees as low as 0.023% and dedicated one-on-one account management services.

In summary, with this new service, Gate is one step closer to its goal of consolidating the entire stock investment process into a single platform, offering a broad ecosystem ranging from global market access, unified account infrastructure, to now fee-free inter-broker transfers. Those who wish to transfer their portfolio simply need to update the app to version v8.26.0 and start the process from the More menu.
