The funding rate has gotten this ridiculous, and the group is still arguing about whether it’s going to reverse or keep squeezing. Anyway, I don’t understand any of it, so I’m not going to worry about it for now.

Speaking of stop-loss, I used to be the type of person who’d say, “Let’s wait a bit.” But the interest kept rolling over faster than the losses—same idea as dragging out a breakup: the longer you keep it going, the more exhausted you end up being. I’ve learned my lesson now. Set the line and cut it right on time—if I’m even a little slow, my hands start to shake. So I might as well automate it. Out of sight, out of mind.

Whether it’s stable or not, to put it plainly, it’s just a habit—has nothing to do with talent. My slow, dragging approach relies on reminding myself, again and again: don’t fight it out. If the late-night snack gets cold, you can still reheat it—but once a position is gone for good, it’s really gone.
