ME News, July 2 (UTC+8), according to Marc Zeller, founder of Aave Chan Initiative (ACI), Aave DAO's delegate and service provider ACI officially ceased operations today, marking the end of this community-led governance platform after more than three years of operation. According to Marc Zeller's review, ACI was founded during the DeFi downturn, when Aave's TVL had shrunk to a quarter of its cycle peak and the protocol was losing approximately $35 million per year. During its tenure, ACI helped Aave turn its protocol operations around to an annual revenue of $150 million, drove a 9x increase in the AAVE token price, and established a mature DAO governance and service network. Marc stated that the end of ACI is not the end of the journey, and new project plans will be announced soon. (Source: PANews)
