I woke up again at 3 AM, grabbed my phone to check my positions. It's just an unrealized loss, but my heart races ten times faster than when I'm up. It's strange—both are just numbers moving, but when it's green I can sleep, and when it's red my brain auto-plays the "what if it goes to zero" loop.

Maybe it's the testnet points hype driving everyone crazy—guessing every day whether the mainnet will launch a token. Even if you guess right, you haven't cashed out; guess wrong and you're already down on fees. Now looking at on-chain data feels like reading fortunes, writing scripts to catch anomalies—and all I catch is my own anxiety.

In short, loss aversion means your body is more honest than your brain. Unrealized loss feels like a real wound; unrealized profit is just "money you haven't stolen yet." Anyway, I still have to run my scripts when dawn comes. Sleep or not, whatever.
