ME News, July 1 (UTC+8), SK Hynix recently signed long-term supply agreements (LTAs) with customers that differ from competitors by adopting a unique contract structure without a price cap. This move breaks the traditional pricing model of long-term semiconductor memory contracts, effectively avoiding the loss of windfall profits during periods of supply shortage caused by setting a price cap.
