ME News, April 24 (UTC+8), according to Bloomberg, Jane Street has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit accusing it of insider trading before the collapse of Terraform. Jane Street denies the allegations of insider trading and market manipulation, stating that the lawsuit attempts to shift losses caused by Terraform's own fraudulent behavior onto it. Jane Street claims the plaintiffs failed to prove that it possessed or used non-public information, and that the relevant trades were based on public signals already known in the market.
