Trading, once it spirals out of control, is more serious than losing money.

A fan once told me about his experience. After a liquidation last year, he disappeared for almost three months. When I saw him again, his condition was clearly off. He had lost over twenty pounds, his hair had turned a bit gray, and he looked like he had aged a lot all at once.

He said that during that time, he basically locked himself in his room, didn't open the curtains, didn't look at his phone, and was completely disconnected. The outside world seemed to have nothing to do with him. #特朗普披露持有超1亿美元BTCETH
What he lost wasn't just a few hundred thousand. Part of it was his parents' retirement savings that they had accumulated over a long time, and also the down payment for an upcoming wedding. But the most heartbreaking thing was that he still feels he wasn't wrong. He always thinks it was just "a little short of turning things around."

When he said that, I actually didn't say much, because a few years ago I had been through a similar state myself.

Back then, it was also futures trading with high leverage. I stayed up late every night watching the charts, thinking about the market during the day, and dreaming of candlesticks at night. I always felt that the next trade would recover all previous losses.

Until one day, a very ordinary phone call, my mom asked me, "Have you been busy lately? Why haven't you come home for a long time?" and I suddenly realized that I hadn't had a proper meal in a long time, nor had I sat down and talked to my family normally.

At that moment, I was actually quite clear-headed. $GWEI

Making money is supposed to make life better, but many people, as they keep doing it, end up with nothing but ups and downs, liquidations, and emotions in their lives.

The most addictive thing about the crypto space is not losing money, but the feeling that you can always win it back on the next try, and then you sink deeper and deeper.

Later, I slowly came to understand one thing: trading is okay, but you cannot let trading swallow your life.

The market is always there, but you only live once.

Sometimes, what really needs to be stopped is not just a position, but also your state of mind.
