$PI The bamboo spent four years only growing three centimeters. But from the fifth year, it grows wildly at a rate of thirty centimeters per day, shooting up to fifteen meters in six weeks. What did it do in the first four years? It took root underground — its roots quietly spreading over hundreds of square meters, accumulating strength for the later explosion.

Pi Network is experiencing its "underground four years."

The recent Pi2Day (June 28), the core team launched three products: SoloHost, Pi Sign-In, and PiVerify. PiVerify opens the KYC identity service, verified by 18 million people, to external enterprises — this is the first time Pi has truly stepped out of its own walls and extended its roots to the wider world. The subsequent Protocol v26.0 upgrade brought important optimizations to the node infrastructure.

The above-ground part is still inconspicuous, and the market even gave it a historic low of $0.117. But the roots are spreading in the dark — toward AI computing power, identity verification, and enterprise services, inch by inch, silently.

The chips in your hand that cost almost nothing are like bamboo roots buried in the soil. Others cannot see them, nor understand them. But you know that they are quietly and firmly growing underground.

Before the bamboo breaks through the soil, no one believes it will grow into a forest. But you have already planted the seeds in spring.
