🚀 NVDA Technical Breakdown: Is the Bottom In or Just a Dead Cat Bounce?
Nvidia ($NVDA ) closed today's session at $199.76 (+2.49%) — a solid green day after a brutal stretch. But zoom out and the picture gets more nuanced.
Key Levels Right Now:
Today's High: $200.63
Today's Low: $195.11
Recent Swing Low: ~$189.80
Recent Highs: $232–$236 zone
Moving Averages Snapshot:
4H Chart: Price has reclaimed the 5 & 10-period MAs (195.85 & 196.23) but remains well below the 30-period MA (202.96)
Daily Chart: Still trading below all major MAs (MA5 196.21, MA10 201.19, MA30 209.60)
The stock is showing short-term strength with buyers stepping in near the $190 support zone, but the broader trend remains in correction mode after the parabolic run earlier this year.
MACD on both timeframes shows weakening momentum, though the 4H is attempting a slight positive crossover.
The Big Question: Are we seeing the start of a real recovery into earnings season, or is this just another relief rally before testing lower supports?
AI demand remains the ultimate driver — but valuation, macro rates, and competition are keeping the pressure on.
