U.S. President Crypto Holdings Disclosure: Trump Net Cashes Out More Than $1 Billion from the TRUMP Token, Vance Holds Up to $500,000 in Bitcoin

According to the latest annual financial disclosures filed by the U.S. government, Trump received $635 million from the TRUMP Meme coin through authorization and revenue-sharing arrangements.

According to analysts’ monitoring, when factoring in issuance, marketing, cash-out, and other steps across the entire chain, their net cash-out on this token is at least more than $1 billion.

In addition, Trump personally also holds roughly $100 million worth of cryptocurrencies. This includes over $50 million in BTC, $5 million to $25 million in ETH, and $5 million to $25 million in USDC.

Meanwhile, U.S. Vice President JD Vance, in his latest financial disclosure, reported holding between $250,000 and $500,000 worth of Bitcoin. A series of further disclosures also underscores that crypto assets are gradually becoming a standard category of asset allocation among senior officials in the U.S. government.

This disclosure comes at a critical moment as the U.S. Congress advances multiple pieces of crypto legislation, including the CLARITY Act. Combined with regulatory and ethical issues once again drawing renewed attention, it has become an issue that lawmakers cannot avoid addressing in discussions.

Overall, as the top representatives of the U.S. executive branch, the transparency of Trump’s and Vance’s personal holdings will inevitably add new political variables to the ethical and regulatory provisions in crypto legislation.
