Almost uninstalled the exchange app last night.

Not because of losses. It was staring at U.S. Treasury yields and that whole pile of on-chain RWA products—suddenly it all felt exhausting. It was like everyone was calculating the risk-free rate, figuring out which pool could squeeze out a few more basis points… and after all that math, what difference is there from lining up at a bank to buy wealth-management products?

My position isn’t actually that heavy, but the anxiety of “having to be on the board at all times” is intense. Every time the rates tick, there’s this little voice in my head yelling, “Rebalance, rebalance…”

In the end, I didn’t uninstall it. I shoved the app into the third-screen folder and turned on Do Not Disturb.

Anyway, that chain of transmission from macro to crypto—by the end, what gets transmitted is just emotions. I’m just going to pretend to be dead for a bit.
