ME News reports that on May 21 (UTC+8), SpaceX, owned by Elon Musk, disclosed in its S-1 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its public listing preparation that it holds 18,712 bitcoins. The filing shows that as of December 31 last year, the cost basis of these bitcoins was approximately $661 million, or about $35k per coin. This makes SpaceX the seventh-largest corporate holder of bitcoin, trailing only Strategy, 21 Capital, Metaplanet, MARA Holdings, Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company, and Bullish. (Source: BlockBeats)
