The official team urges affected users to submit a Ticket via the official Discord within 2 weeks to register their wallet and asset information, so that a resolution plan can be coordinated with relevant platforms afterwards. At the same time, users are reminded to communicate only through official channels and beware of secondary phishing scams that ask for private keys or request transfers.
