Jane Street seeks to have insider trading indictment allegations dismissed in a lawsuit ahead of the Terraform collapse

ME News, April 24 (UTC+8), according to Bloomberg, Jane Street has filed a motion with the court to dismiss a lawsuit alleging insider trading before the collapse of Terraform. Jane Street denies the allegations of insider trading and market manipulation, stating that the lawsuit attempts to shift the losses caused by Terraform's own fraudulent conduct onto it. Jane Street claims that the plaintiffs failed to prove that it possessed or utilized non-public information, and that the relevant trades were based on public signals known to the market.
