• A wallet associated with a16z has started selling HYPE and buying ETH.
• Leaders of the Congress are planning to pass the CLARITY Act in July before they go on recess. They only have 4 weeks.
• Strategy did not buy BTC last week. The company allows selling BTC. And BitMine acquired 27,084 ETH for about $42 million last week.
