Lido submits a proposal to participate in the rsETH joint rescue plan.

ME News, April 24 (UTC+8), Lido stated that it has submitted a proposal on the Research Forum to participate in the rsETH coordinated rescue plan led by Aave. This plan stems from this week's attack on the Kelp rsETH LayerZero cross-chain bridge. According to the proposal, a one-time transfer of up to 2,500 stETH is authorized to be injected into a specially established rescue mechanism, and will only be executed as part of an overall recovery plan that can fully fill the rsETH gap, in order to reduce spillover effects on the DeFi ecosystem and facilitate the orderly handling of affected users.
