CoinWorld News: On June 26, 2026, the 17th meeting of the Intellectual Property Working Group of the Economic and Trade Cooperation Subcommittee of the China–Russia Prime Ministers’ Regular Meeting Committee was held via video conference. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on the latest developments in intellectual property legislation, enforcement, and judicial matters, as well as specific issues such as AI intellectual property protection and cracking down on malicious trademark pre-registration. Both sides stated that the working group mechanism is an important safeguard for implementing the cooperation consensus on intellectual property under the “Joint Statement of the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation on Further Strengthening Comprehensive Strategic Coordination and Deepening Good-Neighborly and Friendly Cooperation,” and has played a positive role in strengthening exchanges and addressing concerns. China and Russia will continue to deepen communication and cooperation to promote the sustained and healthy development of bilateral economic and trade relations.
