Abstract generation in progress
ME News message, April 23 (UTC+8), Dayjob, an AI startup focused on industrial logistics scheduling, was founded by George Postlethwaite and Fred in January 2025. Its scheduling agent software can generate a complete fleet dispatch plan in about 60 seconds, whereas traditional methods usually take an entire morning.
Early results show that fleet efficiency improves by 5% to 10% from day one, customer time window achievement rate increases by 50%, and one customer achieved £800k in revenue growth in the first year.
The company currently has an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $496k and 12 customers. The team started in the waste management industry, which they consider one of the most complex planning environments, and upon solving it, they can expand to any industrial logistics field. They also plan to launch three additional intelligent agents covering the complete operational workflow later this year.
