Emotional stability is essentially a cognitive ability. Truly intelligent people do not waste high-value emotions on low-value people and matters, nor do they prove themselves in low-quality arguments. They manage their emotions like investments—first judging whether it's worthwhile, then deciding whether to respond. True stability is not about suppressing emotions, but about having clear value judgments.
