The team stated that Loopring, as the first zkRollup project, ultimately decided to end its services due to a lack of EVM compatibility, insufficient ecosystem adoption, limited business development capabilities of the team, and the delisting of LRC from multiple exchanges in 2026. The official said it will announce users' final asset balances and, after a two-week public notice period, bear the Gas fees to directly return user assets worth $10 or more in batches to the corresponding Ethereum L1 addresses.
