$PI To the insect players: I really can't stand some people who call themselves old pioneers and act like they're superior, giving lectures like idiots. Running Pi nodes is purely a market behavior, just like Bitcoin mining: if there's profit, you turn it on; if costs become unbearable, you naturally shut it down. It's driven by self-interest.

Everyone sets up nodes just for the extra perks and rewards from the nodes. No one is purely contributing out of love. Don't package profit-driven choices as sentiments and beliefs, making yourself seem so great.

When the market turns bad and investments can't be recovered, it's perfectly normal to shut down the node to cut losses in time. Don't talk about staying true to your initial intentions. No one will keep sustaining losses forever.

Stop being self-righteous and elevating yourself, then blaming others. We are all ordinary participants. No one needs to hold on unconditionally.

I built three nodes, and now I'm stuck in an awkward position—the coins I mine barely cover the electricity and network fees. With the money spent on these nodes, I could have bought tens of thousands of coins on the dip right now, enough to mine for decades. 😂😂😂

It’s precisely because I’m just an ordinary participant that I need to explain clearly: why did I, who has been mining for 7 years, receive K and pass instantly at the beginning of 2025, and why did the mapping also pass instantly—how can the old man explain that?

Those who set up nodes back then just wanted to mine more coins and earn some fees from open source. But in the end, Laosi kept them hanging for six or seven years, and the nodes still got nothing out of it😂

I regret that I was poor at the time and didn't run a node; this is my biggest loss.

You need to understand that the node operators are the main force of Pi.
