The deep-bear scenario of the past, where liquidity completely dried up,


will become increasingly difficult to repeat later.
But under no circumstances should a shallow pullback be taken as a bullish signal directly.
A small pullback size does not mean the downside room has already run out.
It only indicates that as the price keeps dropping,
there is always fresh capital moving in below to prop up and provide a floor.
It’s hard for the shorts to push an extremely deep drop all at once.
In the future, it will most likely complete the bear market’s position/market “chip” cleanup
