German defence-autonomy startup STARK announced this week it secured €500M in new funding at a reported €3.5B valuation.

The round, backed by Founders Fund and Sequoia Capital, follows a rapid valuation climb from a reported $500M in 2025 to one of Europe’s highest-profile defence-autonomy startups.
It also lands in the middle of a broader German defence-autonomy and physical AI capital cycle:
NEURA Robotics raised up to $1.4B earlier this month, Quantum Systems secured a €150M financing package, Helsing has been reported near a further $1.2B raise, while Agile Robots is said to be in talks for around $800M
