The standoff between the U.S. and Iran continues—if talks can’t be worked out, keep on shorting! Buy the dip on Friday to take profits! 6.28 Bitcoin and Ethereum outlook
Iran carried out a drone attack on Bahrain on Saturday. At the same time, a ship in the Strait of Hormuz was also attacked—this may be Iran’s response to a U.S. night airstrike. The attacks in the Persian Gulf once again show that even if Iran and the U.S. have reached a temporary agreement and are trying to align on a final ceasefire arrangement, the Iran war could still spiral out of control. In addition, the leader of Hezbollah in Lebanon said that the framework agreement between Israel and Lebanon is invalid and must be replaced with a U.S.-Iran memorandum. Pressure will continue until Israel withdraws from Lebanon. He urged the Lebanese government to abandon the Israel-Lebanon framework agreement. He said that tying Israel’s withdrawal from southern Lebanon to the organization’s disarmament has crossed a “red line.” Friday’s bullish setup for going long met expectations. Bitcoin can take two waves of a swing of more than two thousand points; Ethereum can take two waves of a swing of more than a hundred-plus points. This haul is pretty good!
On the daily chart, Bitcoin and Ethereum have already taken in a doji candle. A low-position doji clearly indicates a rebound, but capital inflows are too little. Moreover, with the U.S.-Iran situation proving hard to ease, going forward, the key things to watch are the results of talks between the two sides and capital flows. For the ETH longs, positions are still being held; Bitcoin has already run. Go long a little near the prior low on a pullback—otherwise, it’s still mainly shorting!
6.28 Long ideas:
Bitcoin: Pull back to 58000-58500 to go long; defense around 57000. Targets: 59500-6万-60500. If it breaks through: 61000-62000-63000. If it continues breaking through: upper rail around 66000.
Ethereum: Pull back to 1500-1530 to go long; defense around 1460. Targets: 1580-1600-1630. If it breaks through: 1650-1680-1700. If it continues breaking through: upper rail around 1800.
6.28 Short ideas:
Bitcoin: Short one at the rebound to 61500-62000; defense 63000. Targets: 61000-6万-59500. If it breaks through: 59000-58500-58000.
Ethereum: Short one at the rebound to 1630-1650; defense around 1700. Targets: 1600-1550. If it breaks through: 1500-1460.
With no capital inflows, the bulls lack strength. If you’re not given a chance to hold mid-to-long-term, slowly move the stop loss to take the swing! The end of the bear market requires continuous capital inflows. Right now, even though there is some capital outflow from U.S. stocks, the amount isn’t large—so just be patient and wait!
