Wu Shuo reports that, according to Onchain Lens monitoring, a wallet address (0xD04) associated with Vitalik has shown activity again after a year, transferring 7,000 ETH (approximately $11.06 million) to a new address, suspected to be preparing for a deposit to a CEX. The wallet still holds 20,001 ETH (worth approximately $31.6 million).
