ZachXBT: Stolen funds from Humanity Protocol and Kelp DAO have been mixed, and the attackers of the two incidents may overlap.
ME News: On June 27 (UTC+8), on-chain detective ZachXBT stated in his personal channel that funds stolen from the exploits of Humanity Protocol and Kelp DAO showed signs of mixing an hour ago, suggesting a possible overlap in the attackers behind these two incidents.
ZachXBT believes the new evidence rules out the possibility that an insider was behind this exploit. On April 18, 2026, due to an infrastructure compromise, Kelp DAO's LayerZero bridge was exploited, resulting in a loss of approximately $292 million, reportedly perpetrated by the Lazarus Group. On June 9, 2026, about $32 million was stolen from the accounts of the Humanity Protocol team and deployers, caused by a developer’s device being compromised. (Source: PANews)
