H100 Group signs acquisition agreement, expected to increase Bitcoin holdings to approximately 3,500 BTC.
The announcement stated that upon completion of the transaction, the company's Bitcoin holdings are expected to increase to approximately 3,500 BTC, more than triple the current scale. The transaction will be conducted via a share swap, with no cash consideration involved; H100 currently holds 1,051 BTC, and the settlement is expected to be completed in August 2026. (Source: MLion)
