ME News, May 20 (UTC+8), privacy computing company Zama has acquired the enterprise-level token lifecycle management platform TokenOps, planning to introduce fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) technology into the field of institutional-level token management. TokenOps has handled over $2 billion in distribution operations. After the completion of this acquisition, issuers can use confidential tokens compliant with the ERC-7984 standard for encrypted token distribution and management on the blockchain, including full lifecycle processes such as release curves and recipient identity. Currently, this solution has been applied in KAIO's production environment, with partner institutions including BlackRock, Hamilton Lane, and Brevan Howard. After the acquisition, TokenOps will continue to operate as an independent brand. (Source: MLion)
