H100 Group signs an acquisition agreement, and is expected to increase its Bitcoin holdings to approximately 3,500.
ME News message, April 23 (UTC+8), H100 Group announced that it has signed a binding acquisition agreement to acquire Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS.
The announcement stated that after the transaction is completed, the company's Bitcoin holdings are expected to increase to approximately 3,500 BTC, more than three times the current scale. The transaction uses a stock swap method, with no cash consideration; H100 currently holds 1,051 BTC, and the settlement is expected to be completed in August 2026. (Source: MLion)
