Privacy computing company Zama acquires TokenOps, and will deploy an FHE-based encrypted token distribution solution for institutional issuers.

ME News, May 20 (UTC+8), privacy computing company Zama has acquired the enterprise-grade token lifecycle management platform TokenOps, planning to introduce fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) technology into institutional token management. TokenOps has handled over $2 billion in distribution operations. After the acquisition, issuers can utilize ERC-7984 compliant confidential tokens for encrypted token distribution and management on the blockchain, covering the full lifecycle including release curves and recipient identities. The solution is now in production at KAIO, with partner institutions including BlackRock, Hamilton Lane, and Brevan Howard. Post-acquisition, TokenOps will continue to operate as an independent brand. (Source: MLion)
