After the combination, the new company will be renamed Securitize Corp. Its common stock is proposed to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "SECZ" starting July 2. The CEPT shareholders' meeting is scheduled for June 29 to vote on the transaction, and the current redemption ratio is below 30%. Securitize claims that it has obtained regulatory licenses related to digital securities infrastructure in both the United States and the European Union, and that it manages over $4 billion in on-chain real-world assets.
