Google Jules repositions as an end-to-end product development platform, opens waitlist for new version.

ME News, April 23 (UTC+8), according to Beating monitoring, the Google Jules team announced the opening of a waitlist for a new version. Jules has been upgraded from its previous role as an asynchronous coding agent to an "end-to-end agentic product development platform," officially described as: reading the entire product context, determining what to build next, proposing solutions, and then submitting a PR. Jules previously operated as a GitHub-integrated asynchronous coding agent, where users assigned specific coding tasks and the agent executed them in the background and submitted code. The change in the new version is that the agent no longer only executes given tasks but actively understands the overall product and decides what to do. (Source: BlockBeats)
