CFTC Sues Kentucky Over Prediction Market Jurisdiction

The CFTC filed a lawsuit against Kentucky over jurisdiction for prediction markets. Kentucky sued Kalshi and Polymarket last week over allegedly unlicensed sports betting services. Kentucky is the ninth state sued by the CFTC.
