ME News: On June 26 (UTC+8), according to an official announcement from Hyperliquid, the project has been added to the Investor Alert List by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Hyperliquid emphasized that inclusion on the IAL does not indicate a ban, enforcement action, or finding of misconduct; the list is used to flag entities that may be mistaken for having obtained a MAS license or being under MAS regulation. The team stated that they are a permissionless on-chain infrastructure and have never claimed to be regulated by MAS. User assets are fully self-custodied, and all transactions are settled entirely on-chain. Project operations have not changed. The team also said they will continue to cooperate with global regulators and institutions to support a clear regulatory framework for on-chain finance. (Source: PANews)
