Apple raises Mac and iPad prices to address memory chip shortage.

ME News reports that on June 25 (UTC+8), Apple raised the starting prices of several Mac and iPad models to offset the rising costs caused by memory and storage chip shortages. According to the company's official website, the starting price of the MacBook Neo increased from $599 to $699, the MacBook Air went from $1,099 to $1,299, and the MacBook Pro, iPad Air, and iPad Pro also saw price increases. This move will not affect Apple's main profit source—the iPhone. (Source: ChainCatcher)
