$HODL Coin Goes Multi-Chain with Ethereum Bridge
$HODL has officially expanded to Ethereum. Led by GameKyuubi—the author of the famous 2013 BitcoinTalk post that originally coined "HODL"—the project deployed a 1:1 cross-chain bridge powered by LayerZero, enabling seamless token transfers between Solana and Ethereum.
The bridge launched with over $100k in Ethereum liquidity, seeded directly by GameKyuubi and top holders following a third-party audit.
More than a decade after his legendary typo defined crypto culture, GameKyuubi has officially claimed the $HODL coin. He acts as the project lead and 100% fee receiver, ensuring that all transaction fees reward the word's original creator without VC or foundation cuts. To prove authenticity, GameKyuubi updated his verified 2013 BitcoinTalk profile with the $HODL contract address, providing undeniable on-chain verification that this is the sole creator-backed token.
Bridging to Ethereum is a highly strategic move. While Solana offers low fees ideal for retail, Ethereum provides deeper liquidity, larger whales, established DeFi infrastructure, and broad institutional recognition. By going multi-chain, $HODL removes friction for EVM-native users and opens doors to ecosystem integrations.
