According to a poll commissioned by the Prediction Market Alliance and reported by The Block on June 25, voters from both U.S. parties prefer federal regulation of prediction markets rather than a fragmented, state-by-state approach. Among Republican respondents, 48% support a unified federal framework, while 27% favor state regulation. Democratic voters showed a similar preference: 45% support federal rules, and 35% support state regulation. Only 8% of surveyed voters believe prediction markets should be banned, and most support consumer choice to participate. The poll also found that more than half of voters under 35 have used prediction markets or expressed interest in them, highlighting growing adoption among younger demographics.
